The Inauguration of the Missionary Children's Association was held at Immaculate Conception Church,Karnad Mulki on the 25th of September 2022. Parish Priest Rev.Fr. Sylvester D'costa celebrated the Eucharistic mass.

A picturesque globe depicting the qualities of a true missionary child of Christ. The Parish Priest briefed about the globalised mission of our Lord.

Fr. Rupesh Tauro, Director of the Pontifical Mission Organization of the Diocese gave an introductory talk at 8:45 am to all the aspiring children from class IV to X. During the talk, he briefed the motives of this association and spoke of how the Church seeks to instill the love for mission to all the Catholic Children right from their childhood. This valuable session included the history of the Association’s origin, the functioning, and its role in the Church.

Sr. Veena and Mrs. Hilda Furtado, the Animators graced the occasion with their presence. 60 missionary children along with their families took part in the celebration.
